What makes this site different?
As a licensed civil engineer in California, I have a different background and perspective on educational resources in the engineering, construction, math, STEM, and science areas. I provide a more hands on and practical approach to projects, units, and resources. I see a lack of engineering educational resources and want to supplement children’s learning with tools to figure out how things work. Most of all, I want kids to have fun while learning.
Students and kids should understand problem solving and critical thinking, even if there is no “right answer”.
